At Stadia Threads, we know you want to get your hands on your new kit as fast as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we get our shirts to your door and our policy if things don't quite work out.
Shipping Information
We pride ourselves on a "match-ready" turnaround time. Whether it’s a classic vintage piece or the latest season's drop, we aim to get your order moving immediately.
- Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase.
- Tracking: Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your shirt's journey.
- Delivery Partners: We use trusted couriers to ensure your package arrives safely and securely.
Returns Policy
Not the right fit? Changed your mind? No problem. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- Condition: The shirt must be in unused and unwashed condition (with original tags still attached, if applicable) - if shirts are returned in a worse condition and deemed damaged since sold, a refund will be rejected.
- Postage: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

- A full refund back to your original payment method.
- Store credit to use on your next purchase.
Issues & Faults
Before you head to the returns portal, if there is a specific issue with your item (e.g., damage or a discrepancy in the description), please contact us first. We are fans too, and we want to make it right as quickly as possible.
Note: Please include your order number and a brief description (or photo) of the issue in your message.
