Manchester City’s 2021/22 season ended with another Premier League title, although they had to survive an incredible final-day fight with Liverpool. City looked to be heading for defeat against Aston Villa before three goals in a frantic six-minute spell turned the match around and secured the championship. It was also Jack Grealish’s first season at the Etihad after his big-money move from Aston Villa, and he wore the famous number 10 shirt previously associated with Sergio Agüero.
The shirt itself uses City’s familiar sky blue as the main colour, with a subtle repeated digital-clock pattern running across the fabric. That design is a nod to the famous 93:20 moment from 2012, when Agüero scored the last-gasp goal that delivered City their first Premier League title. White is used for the Puma logo, club crest and Etihad Airways sponsor, while the inside of the collar carries further 93:20 detailing.
With Grealish 10 on the back, this Manchester City 2021/22 Home Shirt in Medium has an extra connection to an important moment in the club’s history. It combines the season of Grealish’s arrival with another Premier League-winning campaign and a design that pays tribute to one of the most iconic goals English football has ever seen.
