Manchester City’s 2022/23 campaign will always be remembered as the season they finally completed the treble. City won the Premier League after another intense title race with Arsenal, followed that with an FA Cup final victory over Manchester United, and then claimed their first ever Champions League trophy by beating Inter Milan 1–0 in Istanbul. Erling Haaland was phenomenal throughout his first season, scoring 52 goals in all competitions.
